    		 ParaVi Vineyards is becoming known as the "Cult" winery of the Sierra Foothills. ParaVi only produces 4 varietals; Zinfandel, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The wines sell out almost instantly and have been known to fetch $1700.00 a bottle at auction. Every wine is 100% varietal and only 100% French Oak is used to make each wine.
