2005 Syrah
Appellation: Columbia Valley
The glass speaks with fresh blackberry cobbler and cedar notes, as it opens fresh herbs appear. The supple body of the wine compliments the suggestion of fruit in the aroma with a roundness that settles on the center of the palate. The finish is clean with a distinct note of fresh buttered bread. The complexity and evolution of this wine make it an excellent conversation piece. Best served with a cheese course or allowed to stand alone. Uncork for an hour and serve at room temperature.

2006 Sangiovese
Appellation: Walla Walla Valley
Blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera, Carmenere
A beautifully sweet and fruity bouquet of dark cherry and tobacco, clove and perhaps a hint of floral aromas. Comprised of 85% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Barbera and 2% Carmenere, this medium-bodied red wine sports layers of spice and tobacco with a lingering, dry finish of moderate oak, cherries and dried currants. Marvelous with most Italian fare, and also with one of our favorite desserts: crepes with fresh Mascarpone and a raspberry reduction sauce.

Gewurztraminer
A wine produced in the German tradition in a slow cold fermentation. Stirring during the fermentation encouraged the extraction of exotic tropical aromas and increased viscosity. Upon poring, the wine expresses powerful floral and lychee fruit aromas, as the wine opens clear notes of pear and honey appear that carry through in the sweetness and body of the wine.
