  • Our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon has a slight earthy character, coupled with hints of oak. In the background, ripe red fruit shines through. The palate is initially dry but develops into cherry and raspberry. Pairs perfectly with dark, rich chocolate or wild game. Drinkable now, but will become a deliciously smooth wine. Put an extra bottle away for several years.
