Red ------------- ---	2005 Syrah Appellation: Horse Heaven Hills The intense dark purple color of the wine shows hints of floral and gamy aromas followed by flavors of dark berries, espresso and chocolate wrapped in a core of structured and well managed tannins. On release, this wine is quite tight and will require aggressive aeration to maximize its expression. From our experience, this wine will begin to show in late 2008 and continue to develop until 2012. Question? Red ------------- ---	2005 Shya Red Appellation: Yakima Valley Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Red-Petit Verdot This considerably dark wine shows aromas of dark fruit, olive, cocoa and toast. As in our previous vintage, the mouth feel of the wine is exceptionally long and smooth. This wine can be enjoyed on release if properly decanted and will continue to develop for a few years.
