2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Appellation: Walla Walla Valley
The nose of sweet toasted spice jumps right out of the glass. We loved this wine before the first drop touched out lips. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Pepper Bridge Vineyard. The wine is dark, the nose complex and the fruit is beautifully integrated with earthy signatures from the vineyard . Medium-full bodied with mouth filling soft tannins and a silky finish that lingers gracefully. This is an elegant wine.

This is a serious Merlot! Blended with 6% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Pepper Bridge, Seven Hills and Bacchus vineyards to give structure and 7% Cabernet Franc to add a touch of softness. This wine is drinking well now but will continue to develop and reveal layers of black cherry with a hint of chocolate wrapped in our signature sweet toasted oak.
