It is all packaged up with a really generous and delightful use of new French oak and the whole combination is oh, so yummy.

Aromatically layered with chocolate, pepper, and dark red fruit. This is a brilliant food wine with enough acidity and grippy tannin to hold up over time. It is a big, black cherry bomb with a little bit of the earthiness we love about Syrah and a hint of floral of from our standard recipe Viognier co-ferment. This is a serious wine that will blow you away today and tomorrow.... just hold on.
