Red ------------- ---	2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Appellation: St. Helena Winemaker: Ron Vuylsteke Spring came early in 2005 giving our vines a heavy and early set which in turn gave up a very large crop. After a very long and slow ripening season, the River Vineyard was harvested in late September. Two weeks later we picked the Old Vine Cab. Both lots were fermented separately in small stainless steel tanks. Both wines were gently pressed into settling tanks and then aged in French Oak for two years.
