Red ------------- ---	2007 Colorado Cabernet Sauvignon Appellation: Grand Valley Winemaker: Paul Bonacquisti This new release is a Bordeaux style blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot and has been in the works for 2 years. This spent 12 months in French oak, and then bulk aged in stainless steel until we bottled in early September. Aromas of cranberries, blackberries, nutmeg and pepper. Rich mouth feel with layers of flavors and a youthful tannic finish. Although you can drink this now, we recommend holding for a couple of years or longer.
