Inspired by the successful re-establishment of Colorado’s wine industry, and intrigued by the idea of bringing that excitement to Boulder, owners Mike, Jackie, and son Will Thompson established Boulder Creek Winery in January of 2003.

Red ------------- ---	2004 Cooper's Reserve Appellation: Colorado Blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Winemaker: Jackie Thompson We personally selected the best barrels of our '04 Syrah and '04 Cabernet Sauvignon - both Gold Medal winners - to go into this reserve Cab/Syrah blend. Aged a full 24 months in French and American oak, this beautiful wine (made in honor of our Grandsons, Collin and Cooper Coates) is rich in dark cherry & currant flavors and aromas.
