Winemaker Mark Wedge Mark is the wine maker and one of the owners at Fieldstone Vineyards. He oversees all aspects of wine making including input in to vineyard management. Mark's first commercial vintage was also Fieldstone Vineyards first vintage. Using his education at the University of Minnesota, University of Southwest Missouri and Iowa State, Mark has been putting together award winning wines at Fieldstone Vineyards since 2002. Mark draws on his years spent living in Italy and his in depth experience selling other beverages to craft quality wines from Minnesota grown grapes. |
