    Winemaker Mauricio Marchant
    		 Mauricio Marchant, winemaker and vineyard manager, joined us in May
    2007. Most recently, he worked for Baker Wine and Grape Analysis,
    performing all types of chemical analyses on grape, juice and wine
    samples. Before moving to Paso Robles, Mauricio was a field tech
    for Crop Care Associates in Napa Valley and worked harvests at Diamond Oaks Winery, St. Supery Vineyards and Winery, and Willamette Valley
    Vineyards. In Chile, Mauricio worked at Concha y Toro and Santa Rita
    wineries. He received his degree in Agronomy from UNICIT, Santiago, Chile.

This fine, handcrafted wine, made in the Bordeaux tradition, brings together deep rich fruit flavors with supple tannins and a spicy but smooth finish. Also available in 375 ml bottles.
