  • Our Assemblage® wines are proprietary Bordeaux-styled wines that are an elegant expression of traditional Bordeaux varietals. Assemblage White is a typical Bordeaux-style Sauvignon Blanc blended with Sémillon for added complexity. The crisp, grassy notes are well-balanced with wonderful honeydew melon and peach aromas. The wine finishes with a touch of grapefruit and lime. Enjoy our Limited Release Assemblage White with Chicken Kiev or grilled prawns with citrus salsa.
