Appellation: Santa Barbara County
This classic Chardonnay which is a blend of Bien Nacido Vineyard, Santa Maria Valley, and Zotovich Vineyard, Santa Rita Hills Appalachian, is a wine driven by structure containing a plethora of layers. In the glass, the balance is shown as sunny hayfields open up to caramelized apples, just as the thick, lingering texture is accented by a kiss of tartness.
