Our first release of this blend. It is so lush with deep dark fruit that you will need WAY more than one bottle! The name Buho is Spanish for owl. We wanted to honor the Great Horned Owls that have been living right here on the property for generations. We listen to them hunting in our vineyard every night and consider them part of our family.

An off-dry wine, light on the palate and fruity, this is not a sweet riesling. Aromas of dusty apples, lychee fruit, peach, apricot and honey are followed with ample stone fruit flavor and a minerally finish. This wine has lush mouthfeel with soft fruity flavors and bright refreshing acidity. The residual sugar is 1.2%.
