This unique feature of PS grapes makes it possible to create a wine that is so dark purple it is almost black. My high school Spanish only took me so far, so instead of creating a wine “for my girlfriends,” I created a wine “for more girlfriends.” This wine has a sunny green-gold color that is bright and crystal clear.
