Filled with both light and dark fruit notes, it also contains nuances of smoke, spice and chocolate. The firm tannins and acid balance provide a refined structure that will make this a long-lived wine. At the same time, the fruit-forward character makes it a food-friendly wine, complementing lamb, pork and pasta
