 Also makes, Dancing Coyote & Chad Joseph Wines. Chad acquire hands on education through several years as an assistant with E & J Gallo, specifically producing Big California reds. Chad has this intreging ability to blend interesting grapes very well. Chad loves to work with Verdehlo, Syrah, Refasco, Viogner, Albarino and Cabernet Sauvignon, to name a few.
