  • This wine opens with a beautiful floral bouquet that blossoms into layer upon layer of white peach, nectarine and white jasmine. The round, honeyed mid palate leads to a crisp mineral finish characteristic of a wine vinified entirely in stainless steel. This wonderfully balanced wine, fresh and pleasant drinking upon release, works nicely with seabass or other rich fish preparations.
