Red Dessert Wine ---	2008 Nuits de Young Appellation: Alexander Valley Cabernet Franc Blend Dessert Wine Blend of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Winemaker: Jim Young An opulent dark rose' wine, Nuits de Young is made from ripe Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec grapes picked at perfect ripeness, but because the grapes were pressed directly after crush, this wine has no harsh tannins; it’s like drinking velvet, beautifully round and lush and just a tiny bit off dry.
