Clean, pure, and serious, the wine is rounded out by 50% tight-grain new French Oak from a selection of coopers and barrel aged for 17 months. Aromatically, black tea, sage, citrus blossom, confiture cerises, brioche, honeysuckle, and allspice are evident.
