Founded by the husband and wife winemaking team of Michael and Anne Dashe, we are a family-run artisan winery. Focused on crafting small allotments of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petite Syrah wines, Dashe Cellars marries techniques from California and the great winemaking regions of France. Winemaker Michael Dashe Michael Dashe has developed his skills through many years in the wine industry, working at notable wineries such as Ch. Lafite Rothschild, Ridge Vineyards, Cloudy Bay, Far Niente, and others. Co-winemaker Anne Dashe was trained at the University of Bordeaux and worked at Ch. La Dominique, Chapellet, and Remy Matin Amerique (for RMS Brandy). |
