Winemaker Richard Mansfield	31 years experience, Geisenheim graduate, Ex red wine winemaker for Stags' Leap Winery, General Manager/Winemaker for Bradford Mountain Winery, Operations Winemaker for Palmaz Vineyards. Before coming to California, Mansfield apprenticed 3 years in Germany followed by his degree in Geisenheim, whereupon he returned and built the Callahan Ridge Winery in Oregon, at that time the 6th largest winery in the state. He currently resides with his cookbook author wife, Leslie at their winery in Saint Helena.

White ---	2007 Riesling Appellation: Umpqua Valley Winemaker: Richard Mansfield Fermented in 1200 liter temperature-controlled traditional Oak oval casks, the wine was harvested at 24 brix, is 2.5% residual and would qualify as an Auslese under German wine law. It was 85% Botrytis, but due to the classicly European acidity, it appears off-dry. Very nice with South-East Asian cuisine, curries, or Mexican. Only 170 cases produced. 170 cases produced Question?
