The Cabernet hosts a variety of earthy tones, fresh bing cherry, and solid wodd fired oak. Aged 14 months in American Oak all of Silva Oak award winning wines are polished with a smooth finish.

Nathan is a decorated Landscape Architect. His portfolio of work ranges from Newport Coast to Coto De Caza. Nathan grew up in Southern California but has made the wine countries of America his playground for learning.
