  • This is the first sparkling wine ever produced from the Clos Pepe Vineyard, so a debut! This wine struts a beautiful salmon color with hints of strawberry and red currant. This young wine has firm fruit flavors and tangy acidity but underneath there are yeasty and creamy components that you would expect from a great sparkling wine.
