Red ------------- ---	2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Appellation: Napa Valley Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Cabernet Franc The color is a fine deep red with good brilliance. One knows from the start that this is going to be a delicious wine. Full ripe fruit aromas literally jump from the glass. Deep mulberry and mocha lead to a licorice, berry fruitiness. The Forman terroir, in a spicy Bordeaux sense, is there but it is fuller and sweeter than usual. The flavors are sensational. White ---	2003 Chardonnay Appellation: Napa Valley Sparklingly clear pale straw yellow color. A very clean and precise Chardonnay nose announces again the classic character from Star Vineyard. It’s never overwhelming but rather intriguing with its subtle spicy floral and lemon scents. This 2003 version was fairly ripe—24 , so there is some strength even to the nose yet it isn’t overdone.
