Holloran Vineyard Wines produces small quantities of hand-crafted wines from our premium vineyard sites in the Dundee Hills and Eola-Amity Hills. We farm our vineyards organically, and with our Le Pavillon vineyard we also employ biodynamic farming techniques. We produce Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Riesling and Chardonnay.

Jay Somers had been winemaker for HVW since 1999. Jay also makes wine at our winery for his own label, J. Christopher.
