White ---	2007 Le Pavillon Vineyard Chardonnay Appellation: Dundee Hills Winemaker: Jay Somers This wine comes from the great Le Pavillon Vineyard in the Dundee Hills and was grown organically and biodynamically. It was made in the style of Chablis with all stainless steel fermentation and no malolactic fermentation. This again, like our Cuvee Lunatique, is pure Chardonnay, but up another level in complexity.
