Our Pinot exhibits the Mystic “House style” of generous fruit extraction, rich deep flavors and soft lingering finish. 2005 was a long, beautiful growing season and the grapes from this respected vineyard were picked at their optimum flavor: ripe, tart sweet cherry which comes across with intensity and medium body. What Oregon Pinot should be.
