We've always said that every wine tells a story. The same can be said about every winery. Foursight Wines is a small, family owned and operated winery in the cool, coastal region of Anderson Valley. Founded in 2007 by Bill and Nancy Charles - long-time winegrowers - together with daughter Kristy Charles and her fiancé Joseph Webb, we produce just a few hundred cases of estate-grown Pinot Noir and Anderson Valley Sauvignon Blanc each year.

Winemaker Joe Webb	Joe now works at Londer Vineyards - a producer of high-end, Anderson Valley wines - as well as with the Charles family as winemaker and all-around winery and business guru. In 2003, Joe's love of wine lead him to follow a new career path, and he transferred to Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, Calif., where he graduated two years later with distinction and a degree in wine business. During college he worked at such well-known wineries as Sebastiani and Landmark Vineyards. After graduating from Sonoma State, Joe was hired at family-owned Joseph Swan Vineyards, as an assistant winemaker, direct sales manager, and all-around winery hand. He worked several harvest at the winery until, in 2007, he proposed to Kristy and left Joseph Swan to move with her to Anderson Valley.

Red ------------- ---	2006 Charles Vineyard Appellation: Anderson Valley Pinot Noir Winemaker: Joe Webb The fruit for our Pinot Noir was hand-harvested from our estate vineyard, carefully tended by our family throughout the year. We are always on-site for harvest, helping to pick and sort in the field, as well as ensure that the fruit arrives at the winery cool and clean. The wine was 100 percent destemmed and fermented with wild yeast. Punchdowns were done by hand and malolactic fermentation was completely wild as well. White ---	2007 Anderson Valley Sauvignon Blanc Appellation: Anderson Valley Winemaker: Joe Webb The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel to retain its natural, bright acidity and tropical fruit notes - after all, these unique flavors are the reason we love the grape in the first place. In the summer we like to conduct our family business meetings sitting outside with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, watching the vineyard after a day of work. I highly recommend it.
