  • This big, daring wine was crafted using the historic French method of Co-fermenting using 7% whole cluster, whole stem Rousanne grapes (white Rhone) followed by blending 4% of aromatic white Viognier to this bold red, Sara-Lee clone of Syrah. The co-fermenting resulted in an enchantingly aromatic, balanced, yet bold wine. The lots were cold-soaked from 1 to 3 days.
