7	Donitelia Winery 2006 Sangiovese Reserve -- Cryogenically extracted Donitelia Winery (Yakima, WA) -- (Winery Info & All Wines) Sangiovese derives its name from sanguis Jovis meaning "the blood of Jove (Jupiter)." This wine was cooled during fermentation, allowing for extended time to have the grape skins in contact with the juice. Characteristically, this wine has a high acidity and moderate tannins.
