The 2005 vintage is comprised of 27% grenache and 73% syrah with a blend of warm and cool climate grapes. The syrah fruit comes from alisos, bien nacido and byron vineyards and the grenache comes from byron and alisos vineyards. we believe this wine will age very well and love how the different components compliment each other. Our syrache is full of bright fruits on the nose and palate especially cherries. This wine is all about the fruit, not the oak.
Acclaim: 2005 Syrache won a Gold medal at the prestigious Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition
