While its name doesn't exactly make it fly off the shelf, don't be put off, it is well worth a try. It shows flavors and aromas of dried cherry, cocoa/mocha and thyme and finishes in toasted vanilla, chalky tannins and generous acids. This could be the ultimate pizza and Italian pasta wine.
