  • Estate Bottled Rich Chablis style, with characteristic hints of sweet oak and anise improved by the aging in stainless steel only, exceptional body and long aftertaste. Will appreciate by decanting. Food Combination: Seafood, smoked mussels and fish (particularly shellfish). Chicken with mild spices like lemon, basil and marjoram. Cheeses: Montrachet, aged Swiss, Parmesan Regiano Desserts: Fresh strawberries. Note: Please decant for an hour before enjoying.
