Almost dry, this wine is rich and bright displaying lime sherbet, grapefruit rind and mineral aromatically, which come forth on the palate. Focus and direction allow the fruit to be carried effortlessly from attack to finish. Its mouth-watering acidity invites another sip. Albeit drinking well now, this wine will improve over the next 7 years in bottle.

Very ripe Columbia Valley grapes were harvested on a cold day in early November. The slow and cool fermentation retained all the incredibly delicious Riesling flavors and bouquet. As soon as the bottle is opened you will know you're in for a treat. The modest residual sugar balances the fruit and acid to produce a long ride that carries the honey, pear, and pineapple flavors all the way to the finish.
