  • Our Viognier is a combination of warm climate fruit from Crawford Vineyard in Prosser, WA and cool climate fruit from Le Beau Vineyard in Sherwood, OR. This combination brings forward the classic Viognier nose along with a lovely minerality. Boasting a higher percentage of Oregon fruit in 2007, this Viognier has subtle notes of peach, fresh green grass, and hints of anise and ginger. Frequent lees stirring has resulted in a rich texture and a very luscious mouth-feel. (Screwcap)

  • A product of Adams Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, this Pinot is a combination of the vines planted in 1976, 1988, and 2002. The full cherry nose gradually gives way to earthier notes. All of the classic Adams characteristics are present on the palate with cherry, earth and spice predominating. Fine tannins offer a lingering and smooth finish.

  • Carabella Pinot Noir is a blend of five clones grown at Carabella. Extended sunshine in 2006 let me create a pinot noir with dominating fruit character. Approachable with an array of dark cherry, blackberry and plum character. The tannins are soft and fine-grained. The Pommard adds softness, while the chocolate tannins of the Wadenswil clone round out the cuvee.

  • The lingering sunny fall provided just the right conditions to allow intense sugars to develop in the pinot gris. The grapes were picked a full 32 days after the main harvest. Aromas of honeysuckle and pie spice. Pale gold in color, flavors of wild honey and peach emerge. The 7% residual sugar is balanced by starfruit acidity. Sublime with artisan cheeses and Rainier Cherry tart.
