  • This is a very structured Chardonnay with multiple layers of butter, vanilla and fruit that has taken its time in the bottle to really come together. Despite being 70% fermented in new oak barrels, the wine does not have appear to be oaky. The choice of proper barrel producers and oak sources plus the dedication to full ‘Sur Lie” treatment help greatly to integrate the oak with the wines more subtle characteristics.
