  • In the belly of the decanter the 2007 Viognier color is a pale yellow with light hints of warm hues. As the wine is poured into the glass, aromas of lemon meringue, nectarine, peach and honeysuckle rise. With further investigation the traditional àMaurice baby powder is found hidden behind the delicate fruit notes. It coats and lifts every inch of the palate.   • The grapes from the 2005 vintage were carefully selected, as the crew scanned the vines for only the best fruit. Plump, round berries that produced aromas of ripe pears, melons, citrus and floral notes are accentuated with a lush, silky texture that finishes with a hint of sweetness. Our Viognier was whole-cluster pressed, and tank fermented to produce a clean, crisp wine full of exotic fruit. Serve chilled for a wonderfully refreshing wine.
