This non-vintage Rose is completely dry. It is rich in color, with crisp, lively flavors hinting of tangerine and pears. We age in oak to give it greater depth and structure. This is unlike most Roses in the marketplace. The grapes used are Merlot and Pinot Noir and made from grapes grown from Celilo vineyard. On the palate, flavors of peach and pluots are balanced with a pleasant acidity and end with a slight note of watermelon.
