  • An opulent dark rose' wine, Nuits de Young is made from ripe Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec grapes picked at perfect ripeness, but because the grapes were pressed directly after crush, this wine has no harsh tannins; it’s like drinking velvet, beautifully round and lush and just a tiny bit off dry. This wine is perfect with a cheese course, fresh fruit dessert or all by itself.

  • The color is bright but not as dark as most of our wines from Bordeaux varieties, but has a lot of body. Aromatic cherry and violets dominate with a hint of cigar tobacco on the nose. The palate is bright cherry and ripe plum fruit, a bit of eucalyptus and fresh dill and the classic Cab Franc hint of steel. Roast duck, grilled chicken, grilled halibut or short ribs should compliment nicely.

  • This Rose' is made from Cabernet Franc grapes that give it aromas and flavor of cherry and strawberry. Pressed after three days of soaking on its skins, we cold fermented until dry. Five months in French oak barrels and complete malolactic fermentation contributed to its silky mouthfeel without loosing the backbone of its acidity.
