  • This one came as a bit of a surprise. Pinot Gris is always a strong blending component for us, but never really complete enough to be highlighted on its own. This was my first time making it from our Bonita Springs Vineyard, and I believe, is further evidence of the quality and diversity of this interesting and unique site. We produced a wine that's broad yet focused, with golden apple, almond biscotti, slight ginger tones, and nice finishing acid.

  • While barrel aging creates more creaminess and smoothness, including a really great rich finish, the exceptional fruit of these grapes still shines through. Pinot Grigio is meant to drink cold, which makes it refreshing, but try this version a little warmer to bring out more of the rich and creamy aspects and the spicy finish. This is a thoroughly enjoyable wine we are happy to offer our customers. About 210 cases made.

This could very well be our best Pinot Gris to date!
