One of the few 100% Cabernet Sauvignon’s made in Paso Robles, this wine is varietally true with briar patch, chocolate, vanilla and licorice on the nose followed by flavors of black cherry, blackcurrant/cassis and a hint of spice rack on the finish. 75 cases produced Question?
