  • Refined dusty cherry fruit is combined with pleasant notes of tobacco and thyme. The wine dances in the mouth a bit due to some acidity but is kept in check (can't have too much fun) by strong tannins. The wine would pair well with an herbal steak cooked on the grill.

The tannins are well managed, and the finish is fruity, velvety and lingers for quite some time.
