A fruit forward Syrah based blend accentuating California’s best. The Zinfandel brings a fruit forward beginning to the wine while the Syrah makes up the full bodied finish. With only the Zinfandel and Syrah we have what I call a donut wine with the center still needing to be developed. The Barbera is the perfect bridging component to fill out the wine and make it complete.
