  • Both vintages aromas and flavors are typical Klingele ripe blackberry, purple plum, cedar, mushroom and black licorice. A very nice vanilla note also creeps in on the full-bodied finish. The structures are seamless with a long satisfying finish. This wine would match quite well with lamb, game birds such as pheasant and quail.   • A generous bouquet of blackberries, blueberries, and violets are prominent against a backdrop of smoke and cedar. Rich flavors of dark fruit, vanilla and spice lead to a long finish. A lush mouth feel and soft tannins are easy on the palate and allow this wine to be enjoyed early. While it drinks well now, this wine will continue to develop in the bottle for 3-5 years. Try with grilled meats or strong flavored cheeses.
