This is a classic Bordeux Style Blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon, a grassy aroma of minerals and herbs.We call this Bordeux Style blend A Touch of Class, because thats exactly what it is. Our first 2004 vintage of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon opens with a grassy aroma mixed with minerals and herbs...in the mouth this evocative blend moves tantalizing through layers of citrus and tropical fruit into lush apricots and peaches. The long lasting finish is smooth and velvety.
