On the palate you will experience an extremely full-bodied and well-balanced Sangiovese, with notes of vanilla, cedar, toast, sour cherry, red currants, and that distinctly mineral terroir of Kestrel’s Estate Vineyard. Because of Sangiovese’s naturally high acidity it is the perfect accompaniment to food.
