  • In making the 2006 Gew�rztraminer, we handpicked the grapes, destemmed the clusters, crushed directly into our bladder press and pressed immediately. This is a layered and elegant wine, showing characteristic varietal aromas of rose petal and lychee accented by lilac, pear and honeysuckle.   • An off-dry wine, light on the palate and fruity, this is not a sweet riesling.
