  • There is a wonderful synergism between Lemberger (69%) from Crawford Vineyard and Cabernet Sauvignon (31%) from Vineyard del Sol. This is wine for food and friends, not tasting wine, show wine, or cocktail wine. Must be my 1/64 Italian. Lots of nice berry flavors, some spice, medium body without roughness. Wine for pizza, lasagna, tamales . . . any thing with a zesty tomato sauce, or maybe a turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and horseradish. Mmmmm.
