The finish is that of chocolate covered raspberries, with cherry and blueberry overtones. This wine is best served at 60 to 64 degrees.

Aromas of black fruit, damp summer earth, grill smoke and caramel-ized sugar come and go as you experience this tasting room favorite. Cranberry, coffee, caramel, raspberry, and a hint of smoke on the mid-palate give you a very joyous awakening of the senses. The finish is delightfully fruity with palate cleansing acidity.
